Indiana PASRR Assessor
Conducting PASRR (Pre-admission Screening and Resident Review) assessments for individuals with diagnoses of mental illness, intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, and/or related conditions based upon review of records, current adaptive behavior assessment, current cognitive assessment (if no other valid assessment results are available), individual interview, and interview of significant caregiver and/or family member.
Indiana QTRP Contractor
Conducting Qualified Residential Treatment Program (QRTP) 30 Day Assessment Services for eligible children and youth in accordance with the Family First Prevention Services Act (FFPSA) based upon review of records, completion of the Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS) Assessment, identified as the federally required age-appropriate, evidence-based, validated, and functional assessment tool for the Project, child interview, and interview of the child’s family and permanency team.
